HD Bonus Rollover Requirements

Please note the following HD Bonus Rollover Requirements:

Sports: 20 X Rollover Requirement. Sports wagers placed on heavier favorites than -200 lines will not count towards rollover requirements.

Casino: 35 X Rollover Requirement.

Horses: 5 X Rollover Requirement.

 

Loyalty Bonuses

Although we'd love to be able to give you a bonus every time you ask, your bonus eligibility is based on your recent real money activity (deposits and bets). We also consider previous rewards given and their frequency when reviewing accounts for bonus eligibility.

Extraordinary rewards have to be approved by Management. If you would like your account reviewed for a loyalty reward please send us an email. Don't forget to include your customer id (account) number and a brief message. We'll reply within 24 hours.

 

How to check your sports/casino bonus rollover in 'My Account'

 

You can review your pending sports/casino bonuses in the secure My Account > Account Details > Bonuses area.  The figure in the 'Pending Release' column will decrease as the bonus rollover is played through.  Clicking on the 'view' link will display the rollover requirement for the particular bonus.  If applicable, the unused portion of any bonus will be removed on the respective expiry date.

Please remember that bonuses in the poker room are given under a separate agreement and are not reflected in the bonus rollover chart that you can see in the 'My Account' area of the website.
